GreenLuck Terms of Use

These Terms set out the rules that apply when accessing GreenLuck, creating an account, using casino or sportsbook services, making payments and taking part in promotions or other platform features.

By creating an account or continuing to use GreenLuck, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, applicable game rules and any separate conditions attached to a bonus, tournament or promotion.

Where specific promotion or bonus conditions conflict with these general rules, the conditions published for that particular offer apply to the relevant promotion.

Language and Interpretation

References to GreenLuck, the Company, we, us or our mean the operator responsible for the platform. References to you, player or customer mean the person accessing or using GreenLuck.

The English-language version of these Terms is the binding version. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version takes priority if different language versions contain conflicting wording.

Who May Use GreenLuck

GreenLuck may only be used by people who have reached the legal gambling age that applies where they are located and who are at least 18 years old.

It is the player’s responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which the platform is being accessed. GreenLuck does not represent that its services are legally available in every country or territory.

If gambling becomes prohibited or restricted in the player’s jurisdiction, use of the account must stop.

Locations Where Accounts Are Restricted

Players located in an excluded jurisdiction may not open or use a GreenLuck account or deposit funds. The list can be amended when regulatory, licensing or provider requirements change.

  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • Bulgaria
  • Curaçao
  • Cyprus
  • Denmark
  • Estonia
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Israel
  • Lithuania

  • United States of America
  • Côte d’Ivoire
  • Armenia
  • Georgia
  • Netherlands Antilles

Individual software providers may apply additional territorial restrictions even where GreenLuck itself is otherwise available.

Creating and Maintaining an Account

Full platform functionality requires a personal account registered using the player’s own accurate information.

Only one account is permitted per person, household or address, telephone number, registered contact details and IP address. Accounts created using alternative or misleading details may be treated as duplicate accounts.

Where a duplicate account is identified, GreenLuck may:

  • Close one or more related accounts
  • Cancel activity performed through a duplicate account
  • Remove bonuses associated with that account
  • Void winnings obtained through that account
  • Reverse withdrawals where applicable
  • Prevent the duplicate account from being reopened

Account details must remain accurate and should be updated when relevant personal information changes.

Account Credentials and Security

Login credentials and passwords must be kept private. Activity completed after valid account credentials have been entered may be treated as activity performed by the account holder.

A GreenLuck account cannot be sold, purchased, assigned, pledged, gifted or transferred to another individual or entity. Players must not access another person’s account or allow another person to use theirs.

Closing an Account and Self-Exclusion

An account closure request can be submitted through GreenLuck Customer Support. Under the account closure rules, an account should have no outstanding positive or negative balance and no pending withdrawal request.

Players who want to stop gambling can also request self-exclusion through Customer Support. A self-excluded player should disclose any other GreenLuck accounts held by them and must not attempt to create new accounts during the exclusion period.

Player Declarations

By using GreenLuck, you confirm that:

  • You are acting on your own behalf
  • You are legally permitted to use the service
  • Your registration information is true and complete
  • You understand that gambling can result in financial loss
  • You are not using funds obtained through illegal activity
  • You will not collude with other players
  • Payment methods used belong to you
  • You will not use stolen or lost payment instruments
  • You have not created another account contrary to these Terms
  • You are responsible for keeping your information current

Identity and Source of Funds Checks

GreenLuck may request documentation or information needed to verify identity, age, residence, payment ownership or source of funds.

Verification can include identity documents, proof of address, payment statements, transaction history, payment ownership checks, telephone verification, face verification or other appropriate security procedures.

Requested documents should normally be supplied within 30 days. Payments may be held and the account may be restricted while verification remains incomplete.

GreenLuck normally aims to review a complete verification submission within 10 days, although more time can be required where additional checks are necessary.

Approved third-party identity, credit reference or fraud prevention providers may be used when carrying out these checks.

Account Balance and Payment Processing

Deposits and withdrawals may be processed by GreenLuck, an available payment system or another authorised payment provider.

Where possible, withdrawals may be returned using the same payment method used to fund the account. Payment providers can apply their own rules, limits and verification requirements.

A GreenLuck account balance is not a bank account. It does not earn interest and should not be treated as a savings or investment account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts can depend on the payment method and the limits currently displayed on the platform.

Refund Requests

Deposits are generally not refundable. A refund may be considered in exceptional cases, such as an identified technical or payment processing problem.

A deposit cannot normally be refunded after the deposited amount or an associated bonus has been used to place a wager.

Refund requests should be raised with Customer Support within 24 hours of the relevant transaction. GreenLuck aims to respond to an eligible request within 10 business days, although approval remains subject to review.

Identity and payment ownership verification may be required before a refund or reversed transaction can be completed. Requested verification documents must be supplied within 30 days.

When a refund is processed, associated bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may be removed before the refundable amount is calculated.

Withdrawal Conditions

A withdrawal can be requested when the account satisfies the applicable wagering, verification and payment conditions.

Deposited funds and subsequent winnings are subject to a minimum monthly wagering threshold. A withdrawal may be declined where at least C$30 has not been wagered during the calendar month in which the request is submitted.

The minimum rollover of deposited funds before withdrawal is x1. Where the amount wagered is below the deposit amount, winnings may be cancelled and a payment-related charge of 10% may apply, subject to a minimum of C$0.75. A 15% charge may apply where the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer.

A withdrawal may be cancelled or delayed where fraud, collusion, prohibited activity, source-of-funds concerns or incomplete verification are being investigated.

VIP Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits depend on the player’s current VIP level.

VIP Level Daily Limit Monthly Limit
Level 1 C$750 C$10,500
Level 2 C$750 C$15,000
Level 3 C$1,200 C$18,000
Level 4 C$1,500 C$23,000
Level 5 C$2,300 C$30,000

VIP status used for a withdrawal is based on account activity during the preceding 90 calendar days and can change according to deposits, withdrawals and bonuses. An account with no active betting for one month may return to the lowest level.

No more than three withdrawal requests may remain pending at the same time.

Withdrawal Processing

Eligible withdrawal requests are normally reviewed by the financial department within three business days after submission or within three business days after the preceding withdrawal has been completed.

Financial review takes place between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT from Monday to Friday. Processing by a bank, card network, cryptocurrency network or other payment provider can take additional time after GreenLuck completes its own review.

Payment schedules, individual transaction limits and available withdrawal methods may vary according to account status, payment method and other relevant circumstances.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has not been accessed for 180 days may be classified as inactive.

While an account remains inactive, an administrative fee of C$0.75 per month may be deducted from the available balance. If the remaining balance is below C$10, the remaining amount may be deducted. No further inactivity charge is applied once the balance reaches zero.

Balance Errors and Incorrect Transactions

Technical, payment or human errors can occasionally result in an incorrect account balance. GreenLuck may correct funds that were credited or deducted incorrectly.

Amounts credited by mistake remain the property of GreenLuck and may be removed from the account. If such funds have already been withdrawn, the incorrectly paid amount may be treated as a debt owed to the Company.

Transfers of account funds between players are not permitted.

Taxes and Other Charges

Players are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties or other charges that apply to gambling winnings or withdrawals under the laws relevant to them.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

GreenLuck may provide bonus funds, Free Spins, loyalty rewards, Free Bets or other promotional benefits. Every promotion can have separate eligibility, deposit, wagering and expiry conditions.

Unless the specific offer states otherwise, one promotion is permitted per person, household, address, telephone number, computer and IP address.

Promotions are unavailable in excluded jurisdictions. Additional promotional restrictions apply to residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.

How Games Count Toward Wagering

Game Category Wagering Contribution
Eligible Slots, Scratch Cards and Keno 100%
Live Games 10%
Table and Card Games 0%
Video Poker 10%
Plinko 10%
Jackpot Slots Not available with bonus funds
Slingo Not available with bonus funds
Bingo Not available with bonus funds

Some individual games have a 50%, 10% or 0% contribution, while certain titles cannot be opened when a bonus is active. The current restrictions shown with the applicable promotion or game take priority.

Standard Bonus Time Limits

Unless a particular promotion states otherwise, casino wagering requirements must be completed within 10 days of receiving the bonus. Sports bonus wagering must be completed within 30 days.

If the required wagering is not completed before expiry, the remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings may be removed.

Real-money funds are wagered before the Bonus Balance. A withdrawal requested before bonus wagering is completed can result in the remaining bonus balance and its associated winnings being cancelled.

Standard Casino Bonus Conditions

Bonus Type Wagering Maximum Withdrawal
No-Deposit Casino Bonus 40x 5x the bonus amount
Deposit Casino Bonus 35x deposit + bonus 10x the bonus amount
No-Deposit Free Spin Winnings 40x C$25 maximum

Where the rules of a particular promotion specify different conditions, those specific conditions apply instead.

Promotion Misuse

Bonuses are intended for ordinary recreational use. Strategies designed primarily to exploit wagering mechanics, technical faults or pricing errors are prohibited.

Examples include:

  • Low-risk wagering designed to avoid normal gambling risk
  • Covering 24 or more of the 37 roulette positions
  • Individual bets above C$150 before wagering is completed
  • Switching between low and high contribution games to manipulate wagering
  • Moving from high-risk to low-risk play after a large win
  • Two-tier betting strategies
  • Delaying unfinished game rounds or bonus features until wagering is completed
  • Using software errors, bugs or technical failures

Where bonus abuse, fraud or manipulation is identified, GreenLuck may remove bonuses and related winnings and restrict access to future promotions.

Casino Bets and Game Results

Players are responsible for checking wager details before confirming a bet. A confirmed wager generally cannot be cancelled by the player.

Casino game outcomes are determined by the applicable game system and Random Number Generator. If the result shown on a player’s device differs from the result recorded by the game server, the server record takes priority.

Prohibited Account Activity

GreenLuck must not be used for:

  • Commercial gambling on behalf of another person
  • Using another person’s payment method
  • Fraudulent deposits or chargebacks
  • Cheating or gaining an unfair technical advantage
  • Using automated tools to influence wagers
  • Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Collusion between players
  • Hedging or other abusive betting patterns
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Harassing customers or staff
  • Unauthorised access to GreenLuck systems
  • Reverse engineering platform software
  • Buying, selling or transferring accounts

Account and betting activity may be reviewed where GreenLuck needs to determine whether these Terms are being followed.

Action Against Fraud or Misuse

Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms, GreenLuck may take measures while the matter is reviewed.

  • Temporarily restrict account access
  • Pause pending withdrawals
  • Close related accounts
  • Void affected wagers or winnings
  • Remove bonus balances
  • Restrict future promotional participation
  • Report suspected illegal activity where required

Service Availability and Liability

Use of GreenLuck is the player’s own decision and involves the normal risks associated with online gambling and internet-based services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GreenLuck and its service providers are not responsible for loss arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control, including connection failures, device problems, third-party payment delays, unavailable services, malware, incorrect information entered by a player or force majeure events.

GreenLuck may also restrict or close an account, hold a payment during verification, decline a deposit or refuse a wager where permitted under these Terms.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be amended when platform functions, regulation, payment arrangements, provider requirements or internal policies change.

Changes apply from the effective date shown with the current Terms. Continuing to use GreenLuck after an update means the revised terms apply to subsequent use of the platform.

Platform Notices

Notices may be provided electronically through GreenLuck, account notifications or other registered communication channels.

Players are responsible for keeping the contact information linked to their account accurate so that important account or service notices can be received.

Complaints and Disputes

A complaint can be raised through GreenLuck Customer Support. Matters that cannot be resolved at the initial support stage may be referred for further review.

A detailed complaint should contain enough information to identify the account and investigate the issue, including:

  • Account username
  • Full registered name
  • Clear description of the complaint
  • Relevant transaction or wager details
  • Relevant dates and times

GreenLuck aims to provide an outcome within 10 days after receiving the information required to investigate the complaint. More time may be necessary for unusually complex cases.

Where an internal resolution is not accepted, available external dispute resolution procedures may be considered.

Applicable Rules and Jurisdiction

Claims or disputes connected with these Terms or use of GreenLuck are handled under the law applicable to the contractual relationship and the operator.

Provider-Based Game Restrictions

Individual game studios can restrict their games in particular countries independently of GreenLuck’s general account availability.

For example, the source provider rules specify broad territorial restrictions for NetEnt games and additional location limits for individual titles such as Planet of the Apes, Vikings, Narcos, Street Fighter and Universal Monsters.

Availability shown on the platform should therefore be treated as the current indication of whether a particular provider or title can be accessed from the player’s location.

General Sportsbook Conditions

The minimum sportsbook stake is €1. Maximum stakes vary according to the sport, market and regulatory jurisdiction and are displayed before a wager is confirmed.

GreenLuck may accept, limit or refuse a bet before confirmation. Bets may also be voided where they were accepted after an outcome became known, when an account did not contain sufficient funds, where fraud is suspected or where a player is directly involved in the relevant sporting event.

Sports Bet Types

Bet Type How It Works
Single One selection. Potential return is calculated from stake and odds.
Multiple Two or more selections combined. All selections normally need to win.
System Three or more selections arranged into combinations, with returns based on successful combinations.

A confirmed sports bet cannot normally be changed or cancelled by the player, except where an available Cash Out function is successfully used.

Sports bets are settled using decimal odds regardless of the odds display format selected in the account.

Events That Do Not Finish Normally

Unless the rules of a specific sport state otherwise, an event that does not finish within 12 hours of its scheduled start may be voided. A cancelled event is normally void.

If a start time is postponed by more than 12 hours, bets are normally voided. Tennis is an exception where bets may remain open until the match is eventually completed.

A change of opponent, venue or scheduled event duration can result in bets being void. A change of playing surface alone does not automatically void a wager.

Minimum Event Completion

Under the general sportsbook rules, certain events may be considered sufficiently completed for settlement after the following minimum playing time:

Sport Minimum Completion
Football 60 minutes
NBA Basketball 40 minutes
FIBA / WNBA / European Basketball 35 minutes
NHL Ice Hockey 54 minutes
Other Ice Hockey 50 minutes
American Football 50 minutes
Baseball 5 innings for result markets; 9 innings for total and handicap markets
Handball 50 minutes

Official Results and Market Settlement

Settlement is generally based on the result published by the official competition or governing source. Independent sources may be used where reliable official information is unavailable or clearly incorrect.

A market may be resettled when an official result changes, a market should have been void, or a technical or human error affected the original settlement. The account balance may be adjusted accordingly.

Live scoreboards and other in-play data are provided as reference information and can occasionally be delayed or incorrect.

Dead Heat Settlement

A dead heat occurs where two or more selections share a winning position. The relevant part of the stake and return is divided according to the number of tied winners and the number of winning places available.

For a standard back bet, the source rule uses: Return = stake × (expected winners ÷ actual winners) × original odds.

Cash Out

Cash Out may be offered on selected single and multiple bets and allows an eligible wager, or part of it, to be settled before the event finishes.

Cash Out availability is not guaranteed. It can disappear because of price movement, market suspension, technical issues or interruptions in third-party event coverage.

Free Bet and Risk-Free Bet wagers are not eligible for Cash Out under the general rules.

Partial Cash Out may be available, allowing part of the position to be settled while the remainder stays active.

Bet Builder

Bet Builder allows multiple selections from the same event to be combined into one wager, where the feature is available.

Possible selections can include goals, corners, player scoring markets and cards. The available selections and combined price are displayed before confirmation.

Unless another settlement option is selected before placing the wager, a void individual selection can result in the entire Bet Builder being void. Where the alternative calculation is available and selected, the remaining selections may be repriced without the void leg.

Rules for Individual Sports

Sport-specific settlement rules take priority over the general sportsbook provisions where they contain a different rule.

Separate rules may apply to:

  • Football
  • Basketball
  • Baseball
  • American Football
  • Bandy
  • Ice Hockey
  • Tennis
  • Formula 1
  • Handball
  • Poker
  • Athletics
  • Australian Rules
  • Badminton
  • Beach Soccer
  • Beach Volleyball

  • Field Hockey
  • Futsal
  • Floorball
  • Golf
  • Rugby
  • Snooker and Pool
  • Swimming
  • Table Tennis
  • Volleyball

  • Esports

The market description and current sport-specific rules displayed with the relevant event should be checked before a wager is confirmed.

Responsible Use

GreenLuck services are intended for adults and should be used as entertainment. Players should only gamble with money they can afford to lose and should use available Responsible Gambling tools whenever they need to reduce, pause or stop their activity.
